Enontekio - Lapland & the search for Santa

Visited here in December 2005

Flying from Stansted to Enontekio on 16th December

for the day trip to "Santa Land", the arrival time was 1pm

and it was already starting to get dark AND it was -17c !

After passing through customs, we were met by the

tour representative who guided us to the main hall so as

to get kitted out in our cold weather gear (all included in

the price). We then had a skiddoo ride across a frozen

lake to the main town. The adventure to find Santa had

started !!

We had buffet lunch in a hotel, with hot or cold drinks,

and again, all included in the price.

We then set off again and had a huge amount of fun in

the deep snow

There is too much to describe here. Why not book and go

yourselves, take the children even !!!!!
